Both the doctor and the owner of the spa are so kind and professional. Will be definately comeing back♡
I was gifted a spa gift card and was quite excited for my first head spa, especially after delivering a baby. However when booking online, I was not able to use the gift card to secure an appointment. Also, upon arrival for my appointment, I was waiting about 15 minutes with no one to greet me and check me in. I had to call the facility while sitting there to finally have someone come to the front. When the treatment began with Dina, I was able to relax and enjoy the experience. I just wish I was able to use the gift card more efficiently.
We came for my sister in laws birthday and had a great experience. We did the love me more treatment and I totally recommend. I had Tiffany and she was very kind and skilled! I will definitely come back.
Where do I start? First off, walking in, the ambience of the spa is so relaxing and it’s beautifully decorated inside. The staff is so very friendly here! I wanted to treat my mother for Mother’s Day so she got the Special Me package and I got the Korean Glass Skin Facial for myself and WOW. The owner, Jihee, took amazing care of me and I feel like my skin has had the most amazing refresh that it so desperately needed! I finished a little sooner than my mother and was able to chat with Jihee for a bit about the different treatments and the machines, etc. I’ve had facials before but never one like this, let alone a Korean facial and I can’t say enough good things! It was totally different than your traditional facials at the med spas and the fact that it’s actual Korean products and technology, obviously makes it that more appealing. After discovering Korean skincare products, and hearing about how great their formulas are (and seeing how amazing Jihee looks for her age), I’ve been dying to visit Aoki since they opened and I found them on instagram. So happy I finally was able to come by! Definitely will be back to try more of their different spa treatments. They have really good packages and deals as well, so I’ll probably take advantage sooner than later of those! Highly highly recommend to anyone needing a good spa day and 100% recommend the Korean Glass Skin Facial cause my skin definitely feels and looks like glass now! Thank you guys so much for the hospitality and the tea is a nice bonus at the end🫶🏼

Me and my friend planned a girl's day that started at Aoki Head Spa in Plano with the Special Me treatment. Sora did an amazing job pampering and relaxing me. The scalp treatment, the facial, and the massage was all amazing. Everyone there was so nice and accommodating. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of some pampering!
This spa is phenomenal, to say the least. Drove over an hour and it was well worth it! My friend and I came in for the head spa and Korean Glass facial and the entire visit left us speechless. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted to the most welcome and clean atmosphere. Everyone, and I do mean everyone that works there was beyond friendly and welcoming. I was blessed with Sreyrath. She has magical hands and the sweetest tone. She knows what she is doing! This was the absolute 👌 perfect spa day! Can't wait to come back! 10/10 recommend! Amazing place!
I found Aoki Head Spa through Instagram and was lucky enough to win an amazing head spa experience from a giveaway! ✨ Belinda is absolutely incredible — she made the whole experience so calming and personalized. From the scalp analysis to the aromatherapy, deep shampoo, and relaxing waterfall and tissue massage, every step was pure bliss. I left feeling like I was literally floating! 😌💆🏻♀️ It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a long workday, and the hospitality and ambiance were 10/10. I was honestly speechless afterwards and will definitely be coming back in the future — it’s so worth investing in your wellbeing. Thank you for the incredible experience! 🤍
Srey did an awesome job with my Korean glass facial and my headspace treatment. Never had either before and I really enjoyed the cooling part of the glass facial. Definitely want to come back and do this again.

It was the best I ever experienced in my life. You have to come here. They also have a membership that will save you 50% off so you have to ask him about it. I’m going to buy it. My daughter treated me to the most amazing Korean Glass Skin facial as an early birthday present & it was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had! Tiffany was so attentive and did an incredible job! The owner, Jihee, was so very kind and knowledgeable on all the services. Jiyoung was an incredible aesthetician! What a wonderful experience—it truly felt like being treated like a princess. This place is a must-visit when you need to relax and recharge. The Japanese head spa paired with the Korean glass skin care treatment was absolutely amazing. A perfect combo that left me feeling refreshed and glowing!
This was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone. Ji and Jihee are so kind and experienced. They treated us so wonderfully which made the experience so much better. They made me feel so comfortable and lead me to options that would help treat my hair problem. I have a problem with hair loss and I feel so insecure about my hair. When I was sat down in front of the mirror, I felt so beautiful and my hair looked amazing. Both my fiance and me had a wonderful time. I feel so relaxed and confident ❤️ I’m also someone who doesn’t drink very often, but their champagne was so good and it relaxed me even more. I can’t wait to come back again.

As always, my experience was phenomenal! Ji and Caitlin did a great job right from the moment I stepped in. I got the "Special Me" package which includes the head spa and facial. All the processes were done with attention to detail. I will definitely come back soon!

Alexis did a wonderful job on my hair. I have locs and I called ahead to make sure that they could accommodate as some head spas don’t do dreadlocks. They said no problem. I arrived and was pleasantly greeted by staff. Alexis had micro locs herself so I knew I was in good hands. I got the 2 hour facial and head spa combo. Let me tell you - I have not been as relaxed as I was in a long time. I fell asleep several times I was at such peace. It was exactly what I needed. We came here to celebrate a friend that is getting married right after going to Bloom Lounge for brunch. It was so good and they served us drinks after.
Tip for the black hair girlies - bring your hair supplies for after. Alexis knows how to work with our hair and had I known I would have been a bit more prepared. She twisted my front though I didn’t have loc twist gel. You have to try it out and ask for Alexis if you are a sis 🙂
